Wildfit for me came at a time when I was at my highest weight and at my lowest self esteem! Only months after having a baby I was not looking after myself nutritionally, mentally and physically. Throughout the program I gained valuable insights on the physiology of why I was eating and self sabotaging myself. I feel I’ve gained such valuable tools to help me live my life the best way I can and I can genuinely say I’ve never felt better. I’ve gained back the confidence I had lost and I’m slowly but surely starting to feel like the old me! I feel fit and healthy and very very happy i undertook and completed the wildfit challenge with Paul. Without him as my coach and mentor I’m not sure I would have stuck the 3 mths out but with every wobble I had he was there to encourage and advise and for that I will be forever grateful.
